Erica Pounder is the Manager of Marketing and Advertising at Truland Homes. Erica has the overall responsibility for the attraction, engagement, development and experience of Truland Homes’s most important asset- its clients. She embodies Truland’s mission: “to see all we can do with all we’ve been given,” playing a critical role in enabling the company to look for new and revolutionizing ways to provide a superior home and distinctive buying experience with their growing client base. Through advancing the methods in which Truland engages with their buyers, Erica enables Truland Homes to scale into new markets, while retaining the very elements that have made the company so successful to date.

Erica brings over 10 years of marketing and advertising experience. Prior to joining Truland Homes, Erica worked with several small businesses providing them with actionable steps to create a successful marketing program that suited their needs for growth in areas such as social media, email marketing, and lead generation. From 2010-2014, Erica served as the Volunteer and Public Relations Manager for a local non-profit, effectively growing the outreach for the organization, leading to a database of 200+ active volunteers as well as the management of numerous fundraising events that led to over a million dollars raised for the organization.

Erica’s passion is innovation and creativity. She is also a member of the American Advertising Federation, Public Relations Council of Alabama, and several marketing and advertising networking associations. Erica studied Integrated Marketing Communications at the University of West Alabama. In her free time, Erica enjoys spending time with her husband, Zach and two sons.
