Our Story

Learn Our History

From the beginning, our purpose has been simple, but profound, “to see all we can do with all we have been given.” Our ambition was to build a company that knew the value of relationships. We had a desire to create something special by not only building homes but strong communities filled with integrity, where a handshake and your word still meant something.

Founder and Chairman, Nathan Cox, established our headquarters in his hometown of Spanish Fort, Alabama, in 2011. Knowing that growth had to start somewhere, he aligned himself with a powerful team capable of actualizing his goals. With over 250 combined years of expertise, our employees continue to push the boundaries for a better home building experience. While seeking out our trade partners, we focus not only on the quality of the product, but also the commitment each is willing to share. With our unified workforce, we have quickly become one of the largest private builders in the south and a mainstay among the top 200 nationally.

While we are proud of our success, we never lose focus on our need to evolve. We are continuously looking for ways to better not only our home building practices, but also our customer journey from start to finish.
