Nathan Cox
  • Nathan graduated from The University of Alabama summa cumme laude in the spring of 2004 with a degree in investment finance and economics. He also received his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Alabama.

  • He played football while at The University of Alabama, earned Academic All SEC Honors in both 2002 and 2003 and was recognized with the Paul “Bear” Bryant Award his senior year as the university’s most outstanding student athlete.
  • From 2004 to 2007, Nathan was a United States Marine Infantry Officer. He was deployed to Iraq as a Rifle Commander and in 2006 awarded the Navy Commendation Medal with Combat "V" for Valor.

  • Values time with his wife Kimberly and children Savannah, Scarlett and Luke.

  • Founded Bellator Real Estate in January of 2008, Truland Homes in January of 2011 and 68 Ventures in 2017.

  • Became a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in October 2010.

  • Inducted into the Inaugural Class of Mobile Bay Monthly’s “Forty Under 40” in 2010 at the age of 28.

  • Currently serves as the chair for the Baldwin County “Supporting Our Schools’ PAC, and on the Board of Directors for the USS Alabama Foundation, the Alabama Center for Real Estate (ACRE), and the Cox Family Foundation.  He is also an active member in the Young Presidents’ Organization Southern 7 Chapter (YPO).                                                                                                                                                                            
  • Recently lead the effort to build the “9/11 Fallen Heroes Memorial” at the USS Alabama Battleship Park to honor the 146 warriors that hailed from the State of Alabama that gave their lives in defense of our freedom since September 11, 2001.  Over $450,000 was raised for the project over the course of eight years. 
  • Active member of Spanish Fort United Methodist Church and heavily involved in the Eastern Shore Chapter of Outback America.

  • Hobbies include spending time with his kids, traveling with his wife, charitable endeavors, exercising, golf, all forms of competition and studying successful people.
