• Brad serves as Chief Operating Officer for 68 Ventures, in addition to, Chief Leadership Officer for all the 68 Ventures operating companies. 

• Prior to joining the team, Brad was the Director of Development for a national real estate development firm, specializing in single tenant, freestanding retail buildings.

• Brad is committed to the study and application of leadership in all forms; this stems from his 12 years of military service reaching the rank of Major in the U.S. Army Infantry and Special Operations Community. On 9/11, Brad, like CEO Nathan Cox, and countless other American Patriots, took on the responsibility to serve his country and lead men in combat.  He has deployed all over the world as a Green Beret, and spent over two years in combat in support of Operation Enduring Freedom – Afghanistan.

• Brad graduated magna cum laude with a BA from Hampden-Sydney College.  After returning to his hometown of Mobile, AL, Brad immediately got involved in the community by serving on the Mobile Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and as the Vice Chair for Military Affairs.  He also served on the boards for the Child Advocacy Center, Mobile Police Advisory Council, and Habitat for Humanity of Southwest Alabama. In 2017, Brad was selected to be a member of the Presidential Leadership Scholars program.

• Brad speaks to and consults with companies and teams across the country on all things related to leadership, with a focus on values based and servant leadership.  Brad looks forward to continuing his work in this arena so he can expand his influence on others by sharing the 68 Ventures story, and what makes this such an extraordinary place to work. Brad loves creating memories and experiences with his wife and three boys through travel, adventure, service, the outdoors, and the community.
